Which documents required to get a Fire Licence for a manufacturing unit/factory?

• Factory (local) Trade Licence copy-updated

• Application in prescribed Form (download from website)

• Company Memorandum & Articles of associations

• Bank Solvency Certificate

• Photos of MD/Chairman/CEO/COO-2 copies

• Land deed, documents copy / Rent deed copy

• Layout plan of site, with indication of Fire extinguisher setting points

• Declaration – in prescribed Form, in NJ Stamp

• I. Forwarding Letter/application in pad

• Local citizenship certificate of owner/MD

• Note :  All documents must be certified by MD/CEO/COO. List may vary case to case.
